dad's birthday
we've had lots of freedman-focused gatherings lately (audrey & my birthdays), so joey opted for a low-key, fam-only celebration for his 32nd this year.

here are pix from the baby food photo shoot last weekend. not to worry, these aren't the professional shots - these are just the ones i took.
we also recently finalized our new name, logo and packaging. here's a sample of 3 of the flavors. we are thrilled with alison's work - she'll be in town this week, to meet audrey (first & foremost) and to continue work on the project. exciting!

RIP mullet
oh my, look at our gorgeous mullet-less child! joey finally let me chop off "the party in back" of audrey's head, in anticipation of her photo shoot next weekend. (she is going to be our NurturMe baby food model!) why didn't we do this sooner?!

hugs & kisses
audrey has become very affectionate lately. she is absolutely in love with the bunnies auntie kiki gave her for christmas and has been giving them tight hugs around the neck, which she's now starting to share with the rest us. they feel oh so good!
